You can return products within 14 days, but they must be delivered in their original condition – unworn, undamaged and with tags.

Information about the buyer: INDICATE NAME, SURNAME, ADDRESS, TELEPHONE, E-MAIL

IBAN code: INDICATE THE IBAN NUMBER OF THE ACCOUNT to which you intend to receive a possible refund

Current Account Holder: INDICATE THE ACCOUNT HOLDER in which you intend to receive a credit for any refund.

Please include a copy of your “Purchase Return” email in the package in which the returned product is shipped.

We recommend sending the shipment as a registered package with insurance, so that you can complain about the matter in case of loss of the goods on the way to us.

INJURIES AND PROBLEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and rectify it.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom goods (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGE
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted make a separate purchase for the new item.

Ne glede na zgoraj navedeno imate, če je blago poslano v Evropsko unijo, pravico do preklica ali vračila naročila v 14 dneh iz katerega koli razloga in brez utemeljitve. Kot zgoraj, mora biti vaš izdelek v enakem stanju, kot ste ga prejeli, nenošen ali neuporabljen, z oznakami in v originalni embalaži. Potrebovali boste tudi račun ali dokazilo o nakupu.

POVRAČILA

Ko bomo prejeli in pregledali vaše vračilo, vas bomo obvestili in vam sporočili, ali je bilo vračilo odobreno ali ne. Če bo odobreno, boste v 10 delovnih dneh samodejno prejeli povračilo na prvotno plačilno sredstvo. Upoštevajte, da lahko vaša banka ali izdajatelj kreditne kartice obdela in objavi vračilo tudi nekaj časa.
